School ICT Trainer #Jurong East

Working hour Mondays to Thursdays: 7 am to 4.30 pm Fridays: 7 am to 4 pm Key Roles Manage ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under ICT department

Provide technical and application support for users

Maintain and handle shared ICT devices; deliver and set up devices in rooms/areas

Assist school leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks

Support and report to HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager

Assist in AV setup for school events (projector, audio, notebook)

Assist in audio and video production when necessary

Provide technical support for non-SSOE devices and ALP ICT/Robotics equipment (testing, counting, reviewing, charging, packing)

Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons (Microsoft, Google, ICT/video-related) for students

Requirements Minimally a Diploma in any field

At least 1 year of working experience

MOE registered

Knowledge in troubleshooting and technical support of ICT devices
