Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of FCIS projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Develop and execute roll-out, onboarding, and engagement strategies to drive adoption of FCIS solutions. Track adoption metrics, identify gaps and resistance points, and work with Product and Delivery teams to resolve them. Build relationships with government institutions, clients, and development partners, and represent FCIS at conferences, workshops, and forums. Identify opportunities to expand FCIS projects and services, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and business cases. Align project strategy with broader organisational objectives and identify cross-business synergies. Lead, coach, and manage direct reports, including objective setting and performance reviews. Establish and monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum of a BSC qualification  5 years of previous experience in a similar role
