Production Supervisor

Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing staff, and troubleshooting production issues. They are responsible for implementing and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with other departments, maintaining equipment, and driving efficiency and continuous improvement. 1.Plan and direct daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and resources are allocated effectively. 2.Ensure the workplace adheres to all safety regulations and environmental policies. This includes training staff on safety procedures, investigating incidents, and correcting unsafe conditions. 3.Monitor production to ensure products meet established quality standards. This can involve implementing quality systems, conducting inspections, and analyzing data. 4.Supervise, training, and motivate a team of operators. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, setting performance goals, and providing coaching and discipline when necessary. 5.Act as the first point of contact for production problems. Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 6.Accurate records and prepare various production and performance reports. 7.Liaise with other departments, such as purchasing, maintenance, and R&D, to ensure a smooth workflow and address any issues.
