FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established Chartered financial planning business with the recruitment of a Pensions Administrator.

Permanent position. This role will be based in Redcar . Monday - Friday position. This company has an excellent reputation

Salary

£28,000 – £33,000, depending on experience + Growth opportunities and excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration support across a range of pension and investment products.
• Process pension applications, transfers, contributions, withdrawals and other client requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is kept fully up to date.
• Liaise with clients, Financial Advisers, pension providers and other third parties.
• Obtain valuations, policy information and supporting documentation.
• Monitor applications and cases through to completion.
• Assist with pension calculations and client documentation.
• Prepare information and reports for clients and Advisers.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within pensions
• Good understanding of pension products and pension administration.
• Experience working with pension providers and processing client applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicating with clients, Advisers and external providers.
• Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.
• Experience with investments or insurance administration would be advantageous.
