About the Role

We're looking for a curious, data-driven analyst who thrives at the intersection of product and analytics. You'll be a key thought partner to our product teams — turning complex data into clear decisions and advocating for our members through every insight you surface.

Duties & Responsibilities

Champion a data-driven culture across product teams by setting standards for measurement, instrumentation, and insight communication

Partner closely with Product Managers to define feature success metrics, implement event tracking, build dashboards, and analyze A/B experiment results

Proactively conduct exploratory analyses and deep-dive research on large datasets to uncover high-impact opportunities in risk, fraud detection, and pricing

Serve as the go-to expert for product data — answering complex questions quickly and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and executives

Communicate not just what the data shows, but what it means — delivering recommendations with confidence to senior leadership

Advocate for our members by ensuring their needs are represented in every product decision informed by data

Qualifications & Skills

4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data-driven product management

Expert-level SQL skills, with the ability to work across large, complex datasets

Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Snowflake, Mode, Tableau) to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Proven ability to independently build clear, compelling data visualizations that communicate trends, patterns, and recommendations to a range of audiences

Solid experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks and best practices

Working knowledge of statistical techniques including linear and logistic regression, confidence intervals, and chain ladder methods

Proficiency in Python or R for scripting, automation, and advanced analysis

Familiarity with enterprise business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, or product platforms) and an understanding of how operational data flows inform product analytics
