Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in recruitment or related industries

Someone who is presently based in Saudi Arabia and has experience in recruitment/staffing companies

All candidates must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license

Candidates with specific Saudi Arabia experience will be highly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable insights

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Team player with excellent organizational skills
