Export Specialist IQF & Fresh Product

Manage export orders from receiving customer POs until shipment and delivery.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure export orders are prepared on time.

Prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health/phytosanitary certificates, and shipping documents.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport companies.

Follow up on vessel bookings, container availability, loading schedules, and shipment status.

Ensure proper handling and documentation of IQF and fresh products , including temperature and cold-chain requirements.

Monitor export shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, documentation issues, and customer claims.

Ensure compliance with destination-country requirements and customer-specific export specifications.

Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, documents, and customer requirements.

Prepare regular reports on export shipments, pending orders, delivery performance, and export-related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field .

2–4 years of experience in export operations, preferably in Food & Agriculture / IQF / Fresh Produce .

Good knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.

Experience with cold-chain logistics and reefer containers is preferred.

Good command of English , written and spoken.

Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office , especially Excel.

ERP experience is a plus.
