BI Manager

Talencia is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager for one of its clients.

Location : Herstal (Liège)

Start date : ASAP

Duration : Full-time Open-Ended Contract (CDI)

Context

For one ou my close partner, I'm currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager position within a large Belgian organisation undergoing an important Data & BI transformation.

The role combines people management, BI strategy and hands-on involvement in the evolution of the organisation's Data & BI landscape

Description

• Lead and develop a team of BI professionals (circ. 5 people)
• Define and implement the BI roadmap and strategy
• Contribute to Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Management
• You will be directly reporting the the current Head of Data

Your profile

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects and SQL
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Architecture
• Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and change management skills
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with good knowledge of English
