Handover Engineer

Prepare and manage all handover and close-out documentation.

Coordinate with construction, quality, and facility management teams during handover.

Ensure all snag lists and punch items are completed before handover

Conduct final inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and certificates.

Coordinate handover schedules with clients and internal stakeholders

Ensure proper documentation archiving and record keeping.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, or Architect).

2–5 years of experience in project handover or close-out activities.
