Stage manager

Set up and manage the rehearsal space

Record blocking, timings, and director's notes

Track script and staging changes

Ensure cast attendance and punctuality

Maintain clear communication between director and departments

Monitor safety and working conditions

Coordinate prop and costume needs for rehearsal

Call the show (lighting, sound, set, etc.) via headset

Ensure all cues are executed on time and correctly

Manage backstage activity and scene transitions

Handle emergencies or performance disruptions

Write and distribute daily performance reports

Maintain cast and crew morale and discipline
