Export Logistics Specialist

Coordinate and process export shipments in accordance with company policies and international trade regulations

Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and trade compliance requirements

Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments

Familiarity with DG & non DG shipments

Maintain accurate records of export activities and documentation

Incoterms understanding , LCs ,and export compliance

Familiarity with COMESA Certifications

Knowledge of African and GCC export procedure

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Proven experience in export coordination, logistics, or shipping

Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures

Familiarity with export documentation and compliance requirements

SAP or ERP experience
