ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (GENERAL)

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily inspection and monitoring of PV farm areas, inverters, box-type transformers, booster stations, and transmission lines.
• Monitor power generation data and equipment operating parameters.
• Record power output, irradiance, equipment alarms, and other operating data.
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly power generation reports.
• Assist with equipment start/stop, power regulation, grid connection, and switching operations under appropriate supervision.
• Follow dispatch instructions and station operating procedures.
• Maintain operation logs, inspection records, fault logs, and other required reports.
• Participate in routine fault diagnosis and corrective actions.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities and equipment overhaul.
• Follow Philippine Electrical Code, NGCP requirements, station procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Strictly observe electrical safety and LOTO procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Photovoltaic Power Generation, Mechatronics, Energy & Power, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant O&M experience.
• Solar power station experience is highly advantageous.
• An REE license, or eligibility for the Philippine REE license, is preferred.
• TESDA electrician certification is an advantage.
• LV/HV, working-at-height, or power-operation certifications are an advantage.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Able to read technical manuals and prepare operation reports.
• Knowledge of power systems, relay protection, electrical safety, and related subjects.
• Willing to learn the Philippine Electrical Code and NGCP requirements.
• Strong safety awareness and responsibility.
• Willing to work shifts or extended hours during emergencies.
• Candidates near Bugallon are preferred.
• A valid Philippine driver's license is an advantage.
