Copenhagen Air Experience is a company of high intensity! We run a professional wind tunnel with some of the best customer ratings in the world and therefore have FULL focus on making the experience world class for all our visitors.

You have to like using your body when working, love interacting with people, and you have be able to work on a team under pressure. In return, you will find that your “flyers” give you a lot of good energy return when they give you a highfive or a hug after a great experience.

The most important task of an Indoor Skydiving instructor is to ensure that each customer gets a safe and comfortable flying experience. You must instruct, assist and support the customer before, during and after the flight. In the long run, you can become a coach for professional parachutists.

About the job

Copenhagen Air Experience offers the comprehensive flight instructor training that is required before flying with customers in the tunnel. We pay for your education and training and you will get coaching skills and experience in briefing and teaching both beginners and experienced flyers. Previous experience is not mandatory, but you need to be in good physical condition as the job is physically challenging.

We are open six days a week, so you have to be prepared to work at all times – we are flexible with a schedule that suits your daily life and expect you to be flexible with taking shifts when required.

Tasks &

Responsibilities

Safety during flights along with education and instruction of teams

Supporting and coaching the customer while flying to ensure a better experience

Operate the wind tunnel to ensure correct wind speed

Ensure that image and movie production work properly

Receptionist (answering the telephone, emails and making reservations)

Sell kiosk goods and flight packages

Daily maintenance and review of the facility

Responsible to give everyone a safe and unforgettable experience when they visit Copenhagen Air Experience

Qualifications

Safety is first priority – you are conscious and responsible

A strong team player who can keep his cool when it is busy!

Empathetic, kind, outgoing and accommodating – with a passion for working with people

Customer service experience including good listening & coaching skills

You are self-driven, detail-oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize. You are able to follow routines and procedures

Physical strength and agility – you should be prepared to catch or correct a person weighing up to 120 kg in the wind tunnel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required in both Danish and English

Basic computer skills required
