UI/UX Designer

Converse Bank is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the digital experiences of our customers. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work end-to-end—from understanding user needs and defining product experiences to creating intuitive interfaces, building prototypes, and bringing designs to life together with product and development teams.

Design end-to-end user flows and interfaces for Bank’s products. Design for customer-facing products and internal tools used by staff. Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs appropriate to each stage of an initiative. Design error states, empty states, loading states, and edge cases - not only the primary flow. Contribute design input during discovery and requirements, before specifications are finalized. Maintain the design system as a versioned, documented, living asset with a clear change process. Work with front-end developers to keep the design system and the code component library aligned. Review product analytics with the Data and Analytics team to identify where users struggle or drop off. Work embedded with product teams - participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. Produce developer-ready handoff with specifications, assets, interaction notes, and all interface states. Review built interfaces against the design before release and raise discrepancies through the QA process. Contribute design acceptance criteria to user stories together with the product manager.

5+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design, proficiency in Figma A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work: the problem, research, iterations, final design, and measurable outcome. Demonstrated ownership of a design system or shared component library. Strong mobile design experience. Experience designing responsive web interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Ability to plan, moderate, and synthesize usability testing independently. Self-directed working style. Fluent Armenian, professional-level English and Russian, written and spoken.
