JOB DESCRIPTION – COST / CONTRACT

• Provide cost information for conduction of feasibility studies.
• Supervise the team to provide cost advice and conduct value engineering exercise during various stages.
• Participate in tender process and advice on tender and contract related matters.
• Manage Cost Consultants (QS) to prepare cost plans, cost reports, variation order reports, certificate of payment, tender/contract...

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in building projects, either in a construction firm or property development company.
• Able to motivate and lead team members as well as mentor junior staffs.
• Good working attitude, a high level of professionalism, initiative and integrity.
