ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a ground-up GTM build role at a well-funded early-stage infrastructure company bringing graph-native memory and context to AI agents. You'll be the first person accountable to a revenue number, sitting directly alongside the CEO to own pipeline from sourcing through expansion across enterprise, pilot, and self-serve motions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, qualifying, closing, and expanding deals.
- Run outbound to Directors of Engineering and Heads of AI at seed-to-Series D AI companies.
- Drive enterprise deal cycles from first call to signed contract.
- Design, test, and iterate on the GTM motion — identifying what works and how to scale it.
- Partner closely with the CEO on positioning, deal strategy, and ICP refinement.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Early-stage GTM experience, ideally at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
- Track record of owning and being held accountable to a revenue number.
- Technical fluency sufficient to hold credible conversations with engineering leaders.
- Builder mentality — you create structure rather than follow it.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience selling to AI or ML engineering teams is a plus.
- Familiarity running PLG and enterprise motions in parallel is a plus.
- An existing network in the Bay Area AI/ML ecosystem is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $120,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity. Additional benefits include wellness programs, a learning budget, flexible PTO, and periodic team offsites. Visa sponsorship is not available.
