Senior Technical Manager

Job Description

1. Can speak and write fluent Chinese,Need to communicate with Chinese speaking top managerment ans colledge.

2.Reporting to Technical Head .

1. Responsible for the efficient operation of all concrete pumps.

1. Monitor and evaluates the technical performance of the pumps and initiates corrective actions.

1. Planning, controlling and execution of all activities connected with maintenance, repairs, survey and certificate requirements of assigned pumps.

1. Monitoring of concrete pump performance trends including speed, fuel and lubricating oil consumptions and to take remedial actions where these are out with agreed or expected parameters.

1. Providing reports to Owners concerning the management, expenditure, and condition of the pumps as per the Management Agreement.

1. Ensure that repairs of all reported deficiencies, damages and non- conformities are cleared as quickly as possible.

1. Assist in the investigation of Incidents and to establish the root cause and make recommendations to prevent a recurrence.

1. Periodic pump visits and report preparation.

1. Participation in training of department members.

Job Requirement

1. Deploma and above.

2.At least 10+ years experience in handling truck mounted concrete pump. 3.Ability to solve sudden pump issues promptly.

1. Experience as Chief Engineer on concrete pump .

1. Excellent communication & Leadership skills For product from China and have to communicate will India and Bengladesh worker, Fluent in English and Chinese language is required.

6.Able to work under pressure when handling concrete pumps and work for irregular working hours.

7.Good interpersonal skills.
