Ensure compliance with global pricing strategies, pricing governance, Rules of the Game, discount and rebate policies, pricing Delegation of Authority (DoA) and approval processes.

Coordinate price lists, price files and price changes, ensuring pricing accuracy, TLP/invoice-price alignment, rounding validation and post-implementation corrections.

Support pricing governance activities, including GMC customer reviews, NOVA/PVF onboarding, price changes, SKU updates and coordination with cluster pricing leads.

Maintain pricing tools, reference files, country price lists, peer-price comparison tools and warehouse pricing-source mapping.

Provide TurfView support, including reporting activation and maintenance, distributor data reviews, user support, data accuracy checks and issue escalation.

Investigate and support the resolution of pricing disputes and invoice-accuracy issues, including promotional discounts, one-off pricing, SKU changes, customer hierarchies and price adjustments.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, FBT/GBS, Marketing, Customer Operations, Strategic Pricing, Global Pricing, IT&S, GMU, third-party suppliers and distributor partners to resolve issues and improve pricing execution.

Drive standardisation, process simplification, continuous improvement and automation initiatives across pricing operations, pricing tools and TurfView processes.

Provide training, coaching and knowledge sharing on pricing review criteria, COT/SPOC processes, pricing-file interpretation, peer-price benchmarking and TurfView ways of working.

Support annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, scorecard updates and distributor performance management through pricing analysis, TurfView reporting and commercial insights.

Operate in accordance with Castrol Values & Behaviours, maintaining high standards of safety, ethics, compliance and pricing governance.

Experience in operational pricing, pricing governance, discount and rebate management, margin analysis, commercial analytics, price-file maintenance and pricing process improvement.

Demonstrated ability to analyse customer and product pricing, assess commercial profitability, interpret large datasets and generate actionable business insights.

Experience coordinating pricing changes, resolving pricing disputes, reviewing invoice accuracy and supporting customer- or SKU-level pricing activities.

Working knowledge of pricing tools, approval processes and governance frameworks. Experience with COT/SPOC, GMC, NOVA/PVF and TurfView is highly desirable.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with Power BI capability and an automation mindset considered desirable.
