Responsibilities:

Branch Operations:

Oversee daily branch operations Conduct daily branch inspections Resolve operational issues quickly

Facility & Standards:

Ensure gym equipment, facilities, changing rooms, reception, and workout areas are clean and functional Ensure the gym environment consistently meets DSG standards

Equipment & Inventory:

Manage equipment maintenance and repairs Oversee inventory and supplies

Admin & Cost Control:

Reduce unnecessary expenses and wastage Reconcile operational records with actual activities

Requirements:

Experience in gym operations, facility management, or an operations role; organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills *Required* Proactive, Detail-oriented, Responsible, and Customer-focused  Ability to work long hours and manage a team
