Supplier Quality Engineer

Your tasks

Contact person for quality-related questions with a focus on "mechanical components" for suppliers and internal departments

Carrying out the technical incoming goods inspection (incl.Initial sample inspection) with decision on use (incl.documentation)

Creation of inspection plans for the incoming goods inspection

Creation and implementation of quality complaints to suppliers after internal inspection

Initiation and implementation of measures to improve suppliers (e.g.B.Q-circles with suppliers)

Responsibility for ensuring the sustainability of corrective actions as well as internal and external documentation

Blocking and release of materials incl.initiating necessary measures (performing, organizing and monitoring error analyses)

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in handling measuring equipment in the mechanical field
3. Reading/understanding of technical drawings
4. Experience in quality management is an advantage
5. Willingness to work flexible hours according to requirements
6. Knowledge of SAP and English is desirable
7. Able to communicate in English.
