Job Description

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, air conditioning (HVAC), and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are operating safely and properly.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
• Follow company safety procedures and standards.
• Assist with other engineering or maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English
• Previous maintenance experience (villa or hotel experience preferred)
• Minimum 2 year of experience in building maintenance or engineering
• General skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and repairs
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, honest and able to work independently
• Based in or near Uluwatu or happy to travel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts if required.
