Specialist - Crop Marketing, Agricultural Solutions

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

• Drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to deliver sustainable growth, market share expansion, and product adoption in Vietnam for Fruit crops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, and Regional Marketing) to ensure effective campaign execution in alignment with country and regional business objectives.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES...

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or Business/Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural marketing, product management, or business development
• Experience in marketing planning, campaign execution, and product lifecycle management
• Experience in fruit crops and/or crop protection industry is highly preferred
• Exposure to field sales or technical roles is an advantage
