Business Analyst Responsibilities

Support senior consultants during client workshops by capturing requirements, documenting workflows, and organizing functional designs.

Assist senior consultants in the functional analysis, configuration, and parameterization of factoring platforms under expert guidance.

Help our experts executing data migration activities, including validation, data mapping, and reconciliation.

Provide support for live business operations, helping troubleshoot and resolve functional issues for clients.

Dive deep into key lending processes such as collections, payments, and reporting to become a subject matter expert over time.

Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the functional leads in delivering project milestones.

Assist in capacity management and writing process documentation.

Required Expertise & Skills

  • Core Software & Industry Expertise

-

A strong interest in the financial sector, specifically Receivables Finance.

-

A fundamental understanding of lending or banking operations is preferred.

-

Bonus (but not required): Any basic exposure to platforms like Lendscape, Codix, Aptic or Efcom, or factoring products (Invoice Discounting, Credit Insurance) is a huge plus. We will teach you the rest!

Technical & Analytical Skills

-

Basic to intermediate SQL skills with an interest in data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with data migration concepts or system interfaces.

-

Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Strong interest in AI technology.

-

Business process modeling.

-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.

0–2 years of professional experience (recent graduates with strong internship experience are highly encouraged to apply).

Full professional proficiency in English & Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory. French, Italian, or German is a strong plus.

Strong ability to structure information, analyse data, and create clear, professional presentations.

Highly organized, proactive, coachable, and eager to absorb knowledge from senior experts.

Comfortable working in an international team environment and engaging with stakeholders.
