Functieomschrijving

In this role, you represent Manufacturing Services to review, challenge, and translate infrastructure requirements into actionable layout specifications for Corporate Real Estate (CRE). You ensure seamless integration, optimized lead times, and cost efficiency across high-tech operational environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct long-term feasibility studies for factory layouts and translate high-level system requirements into precise facility specifications.
• Serve as the primary project lead for Manufacturing Services on new build and renovation projects in close collaboration with CRE.
• Align technical designs and scope definitions across multidisciplinary engineering, operational, and external stakeholder teams.
• Evaluate and refine technical input to continuously improve serviceability, lead times, and spatial efficiency.
