Senior Fullstack Odoo Developer & GCP Infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITY

• Report directly to the Head of Data & Commercial Excellence Tech and Project Manager.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly progress reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Maintain and support Odoo ERP operations, including bug fixing, change requests, and system enhancements within agreed SLAs.
• Provide user support and training for all Odoo modules, ensuring smooth adoption across departments.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain Odoo custom modules and third-party system integrations (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, CRM, loyalty, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, WhatsApp, and sales).
• Ensure high code quality through Git version control, peer reviews, secure coding practices, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Manage and maintain the company's Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, including deployment, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
• Implement infrastructure and application security best practices, including IAM management, access control, vulnerability management, and compliance with security standards.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, costs, and security, while maintaining documentation and providing regular operational reports.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years experience handling full-stack Odoo developments - with strong focus on website, accounting, manufacturing, inventory and sale
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, specifically with Odoo.
• Portfolio: Min. 1 website build within Odoo platform with advanced customizations, additional websites built in other platforms a strong advantage
• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS as front-end languages
• Expert proficiency in Python & SQL as back-end languages
• Min. 2 years hands-on experience managing production workloads on Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage)
• Strong Linux server administration, Nginx, PostgreSQL administration, Docker and CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build)
• Solid knowledge of cloud security best practices, backup & disaster recovery, and incident handling
• Google Cloud certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Security Engineer) a strong advantage
• Willing to be on-call outside working hours for critical incidents according to agreed schedule
• Understanding of business processes and ERP systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
