Operations & Administration Manager

A company specializing in the manufacturing and retail of children’s clothing is looking for an Operations & Administration Manager with strong leadership, organizational, and management skills to oversee the smooth operation of the factory and retail stores. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the overall workflow between the factory and retail stores.

Supervise employees and workers and monitor the performance of each department.

Coordinate between production, manufacturing, inventory, and stores to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor store requirements and align them with production and manufacturing plans.

Organize and assign tasks and follow up on their execution.

Handle daily operational issues and make timely, appropriate decisions.

Monitor production, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

Prepare reports for management and ensure that management instructions are implemented.

Develop and improve work systems to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements: Strong experience in operations management and team leadership.

A confident, hands-on leader capable of managing a large number of employees and workers.

Excellent organizational, follow-up, and cross-department coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels.

Previous experience in garment manufacturing, retail, or the clothing industry is preferred.

Most importantly: genuine talent and ability in leadership and management—not just years of work experience.
