VP/AVP, Futures & Clearing Operations

Our client is one of the largest financial institutions in the world, and they are currently seeking a VP/AVP, Futures & Clearing Operations to join their team in Singapore.
Your new role
- Managing day-to-day Futures, Options and Clearing Operations
- Supporting trade processing, exchange and clearing activities, reconciliations and settlements
- Investigating and resolving trade breaks, clearing exceptions and settlement issues
- Working closely with Front Office, Clearing Brokers, Exchanges, Finance, Risk and Technology teams
- Monitoring operational risks and controls
- Supporting new product, exchange and broker onboarding
- Driving process improvements, system enhancements and operational efficiency
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–10 years of experience in Futures & Options, Clearing or Markets Operations
- Strong knowledge of exchange-traded derivatives and the trade lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with clearing workflows, margin processes, position management and settlements
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
