Role Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting end-users of the hardware and software that Air North, Yukon’s Airline utilizes to ensure adequate solutions are provided. This position primarily responds to time-sensitive technology challenges faced by Air North employees (portal, telephone, email, desk-side and remote support services).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to Service portal, emails and phone lines

Troubleshoot and support software and hardware problems in a timely manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and hardware tracking systems

Set up hardware and software as requested through the portal

Create/update documentation of new and existing processes (Knowledge base)

Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions

Identify viable projects, have entered into ticketing system, and assign priority

Must haves:

Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

Previous IT experience

Must have and maintain a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities

Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support

Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
