Logistics Executive, Air Freight (Up to $3,500)

Opportunity Join an established international freight forwarding and logistics company. Hands-on exposure to both air import and export operations. Structured work schedule with Monday to Friday office hours. Collaborative environment with opportunities to develop industry knowledge. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily air freight shipments for import and export movements. Prepare, review, and process shipping and operational documents accurately. Serve as the key liaison between customers, airlines, overseas partners, and internal stakeholders. Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency. Investigate and follow up on shipment exceptions, delays, and service-related issues. Maintain accurate documentation and update operational records in a timely manner. Support day-to-day freight operations and ensure compliance with company procedures. Requirements Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or air cargo operations will be advantageous. Candidates with relevant transferable skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
