Role Description The Industrial Attachment Programme Intern will support ongoing projects and daily operations at ZyraTech Hub’s Koforidua location in an on-site capacity. This internship role involves assisting with industrial process observations, participating in training sessions, and supporting the implementation of technology-focused workflows within the hub’s ecosystem. The intern will help collect and analyze basic data related to operations, contribute to documentation and reporting, and collaborate with mentors and team members on assigned tasks. Responsibilities also include engaging with training programs, shadowing experienced staff to understand industrial and manufacturing-related practices, and contributing ideas to improve processes and learning outcomes. The role offers practical exposure to a tech-enabled environment, helping interns build foundational skills for future industrial and engineering careers. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, interpret data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, report findings, and engage in training activities.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge or interest in Industrial Engineering to understand workflows, systems, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess a keen interest in Training and learning, with the ability to participate actively in educational sessions and apply new concepts.
• Candidates should possess basic awareness of Manufacturing environments or operations, with willingness to learn industry practices.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a diploma or degree program in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Koforidua, follow safety and operational guidelines, and adapt to a structured industrial attachment schedule.
• Proactive attitude, reliability, and openness to mentorship and feedback are highly beneficial for success in this internship.
