Job Summary Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Manage cleaning staff schedules, assign duties, monitor performance, and maintain workplace safety and compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning operations to maintain cleanliness and efficiency Assign and manage duties for cleaning workers to optimize team performance Inspect cleaning quality and work performance to ensure standards are met Prepare and maintain staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage Communicate effectively with clients to address feedback and improve service Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with company procedures Support additional cleaning-related tasks as needed to maintain operational flow Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients Exhibit teamwork skills to support a cooperative work environment Work independently to complete assigned tasks responsibly and efficiently Show willingness to work on weekends or public holidays when required
