Jr. Data and Business analyst

We are looking for a junior-level professional with exposure to data analytics, business analysis, or data engineering . The role combines business analysis, project coordination, data analysis, and data engineering support , with an opportunity to develop Data Engineering skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business, data, and technology teams on data-related projects.
• Gather, document, and clarify business and data requirements.
• Support data analysis, validation, reporting, and data quality activities.
• Track project activities, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of databases and data concepts.
• Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interest and willingness to learn Data Engineering on the job .

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Python or another programming/scripting language.
• Basic understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data integration .
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP .
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools .

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a foundation in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering .
• Comfortable coordinating between business and technical teams.
• Analytical, proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple activities.
• Curious and quick to learn new data and technology concepts .
