For over 150 years, YWCA of Singapore has been empowering women and families through practical support, building stronger communities and facilitating opportunities to help them thrive. Our socialmission is supported not only through donors and partners, but also through ourhospitality-based social enterprise, YWCA Fort Canning Hotel, where revenue is channelled towards our community programmes. We are looking for a Head, Philanthropy& Publicity to shape and stretch the next chapter of YWCA’s philanthropy, brand and communications agenda. The Opportunity This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of purpose, philanthropy and partnerships . You will lead YWCA’s multi-year philanthropy and fundraising strategy, building a diversified portfolio of donors, corporates, foundations, trusts, grants and strategic partners. You will cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships and develop compelling propositions and campaigns that translate YWCA’s social impact into opportunities for others to contribute. At the same time, you will shape how YWCA is understood and experienced by the communities we serve and stakeholders we partner. You will lead an integrated brand, marketing and communications agenda across our social service and social enterprise arms, and bring YWCA’s heritage, purposeand impact to life through powerful stories across engaging platforms. As part of YWCA’s leadership team, you will also build strategic partnerships, represent YWCA with senior external stakeholders and lead a team with a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous development.

What You Will Bring We are looking for a purpose-driven,commercially-minded and influential leader who can connect people, ideas and resources to create sustainable social impact. You should have: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline. At least 15 years of relevant experience , including 5 years in a team leadership role . A strong track record in philanthropy, fundraising, brand management, integrated marketing communications and/or strategic partnerships. Excellent stakeholder engagement, networking, influencing and communication skills. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance social impact, stakeholder expectations and financial sustainability.
