Customer Relations Officer

Katap Water Project is a small water utility serving communities in Buikwe Central, Uganda. We are committed to delivering safe, reliable water services and building strong relationships with the households and businesses we serve, while offering young professionals a hands-on entry point into the WASH sector.

Diploma or degree in a relevant field, or up to 3 years of experience; junior / entry-level candidates welcome. Fluent in Luganda (required) and conversational English. Excellent communication and strong social skills, good conflict-management with a calm and professional approach, Customer-service orientation and problem-solving mindset, Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace), Able to work on-site in Buikwe Central.
