HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the HRBP for the HK overseas HQ, ensuring alignment of Group policies, reporting, and regional people strategies.
• Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, performance management, and complex employee relations to meet business objectives.
• Translate strategic staffing needs into actionable hiring plans and monitor recruitment to ensure adherence to approved headcount and structure.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives to secure critical talent segments and fuel growth.
• Manage and execute annual compensation reviews, bonus projections, and overall HR budget, strictly adhering to global HQ financial guidelines.
• Champion talent development and culture-building programs to enhance organizational capability and team cohesion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong preference for HRBP or Site HR Lead background.
• Expert knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and local labor law.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, including annual salary review and bonus administration cycles.
• Strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational (hands-on) levels
