Core responsibilities

Lead and manage project controls teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring clear priorities, delivery focus, and accountability

Drive integration of cost, schedule, and progress data, ensuring alignment and a single version of the truth

Consolidate complex information into clear, concise, and decision-ready insights for management

Ensure all reporting is consistent, accurate, and aligned across projects and stakeholders

Establish and enforce structured workflows, improving efficiency and eliminating disconnects across teams

Act as the key interface across disciplines and with the client, aligning expectations and outputs

Identify issues early, take ownership, and drive resolution across teams

Operate under pressure to deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines

Improve processes and ways of working in a practical and implementable manner

Bring together fragmented teams and environments into a cohesive, aligned function

Minimum requirements

12+ years’ experience in EPC/EPCm environments, with exposure to large capital projects and multi-project portfolio delivery

Proven experience leading or coordinating project controls, cost, or planning teams in complex delivery environments

Strong technical background in cost management and planning, with the ability to understand and challenge outputs across disciplines

Demonstrable experience working across integrated cost, schedule, and performance reporting frameworks

Experience managing stakeholders, including client-facing interactions within major project environments

Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or a related discipline (typically required for visa and compliance purposes)
