Finance Manager (Group Consolidation)

📍 Location: Senoko, North Area 💰 Salary: up to $7,000 (depending on experience) 🕘 Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department and manage the finance team

Prepare monthly consolidation for approximately 12 entities across 3 consolidation groups

Generate monthly Business Segment Performance reports and analyse Actual vs Budget variances

Provide recommendations on resource allocation based on business segment performance analysis

Prepare and review monthly reporting to Headquarters in a timely manner

Prepare and review yearly financial statements

Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity across entities

Implement process improvements and financial controls to enhance department efficiency

Handle quarterly GST filing

Oversee AR management and ensure timely billing

Liaise with external auditors for year-end regulatory reporting and annual tax filing

Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements: Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA/CA preferred)

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant accounting or audit experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of group consolidation across multiple entities

Sound understanding of risks and controls across various business functions
