STOCK CLERK

Unload and verify incoming deliveries of frozen food, dairy products, ice cream, and chilled processed meats. Practice the FIFO (First In, First Out) method strictly to prevent product expiration. Monitor and document freezer and chiller temperatures daily to prevent food spoilages Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled stockroom and display freezer shelves.
