Key Responsibilities

Provide professional services within the candidate’s respective hospital function. Maintain accurate patient, financial, operational or technical records as applicable. Support safe, efficient and compliant hospital operations. Work effectively with medical, administrative and support teams. Apply relevant professional standards, procedures and regulatory requirements. Clinical Officers should have relevant Paediatrics or Reproductive Health experience. ICU Nurses should provide competent critical-care and ICU nursing services. Biomedical Engineers should maintain and manage hospital medical equipment. Health Records Officers should manage patient records, EMR/HMIS and health information. Accounts Clerks should support hospital billing, accounts and financial administration. Operations Managers should oversee hospital administration and operational performance.

Requirements

Relevant Diploma or Degree for the respective position. Valid professional registration/licensing where applicable. Demonstrated hands-on hospital experience is strongly preferred. Operations Manager: Previous hospital operations, administration or management experience preferred. ICU Nurse: Post-basic Critical Care/ICU qualification and practical ICU experience preferred. Biomedical Engineer: Practical hospital medical-equipment maintenance experience preferred. Health Records Officer: Hospital experience with EMR/HMIS and patient records preferred. Accounts Clerk: Hospital accounts or billing experience is an added advantage. Gender preferences: Accounts Clerk – Female; Biomedical Engineer – Male; Health Records Officer – Male.
