Facilities & Maintenance Executive (West / MNC / Logistics) [EL]

Provide first-level technical support for in-house repair works and facility maintenance across warehouses, offices, and buildings. Liaise with subcontractors on repair, maintenance, and A&A works. Ensure timely response and effective support for facilities-related requests from stakeholders. Perform troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues across all facilities. Provide technical advice and guidance to subcontractors when required. Handle facilities-related administrative duties, including report preparation, electricity meter readings, record keeping, and quotation sourcing. Domestic travel required. Must be contactable during office hours and occasionally outside office hours when required. Adhere to the company’s Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
