Job Summary

Perform routine vehicle maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, repair or replace faulty parts, and ensure quality through test drives. Maintain a clean and safe workspace while collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and scheduled inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately
• Repair or replace faulty parts such as brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions to restore vehicle functionality
• Conduct test drives to verify quality of repairs and ensure vehicle performance meets standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficient and safe operations
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively and support workshop goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in car repair and maintenance to perform core duties competently
• Apply strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues accurately

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license to facilitate test-driving vehicles after repairs
