As a People Partner, you will support the daily People Operations function, working closely with the Director of People. Contribute to shaping people strategy for our next growth phase Coach managers on best practices; build trusted relationships across teams Assist with investigations of complex employee relations issues objectively and thoroughly Partner with managers and employees to strengthen morale, productivity, and retention Handle day-to-day HR inquiries (policy, pay, benefits) and support performance management (goals, PIPs, disciplinary actions) Design, implement, and improve people programs in a high-growth environment Collaborate on talent calibrations and compensation planning Support L&D initiatives, including training and career development Maintain HRIS data and personnel records; ensure compliance Administer leave (FMLA/ADA/state) and support benefits administration Track employment law compliance and prepare HR metrics/reports Support I-9/E-Verify, unemployment claims, and recruiting logistics Maintain HR policies and handbook documentation Responsibilities and tasks outlined are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the business Qualifications 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally with experience in manufacturing or start-up teams Broad HR exposure: compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations Comfortable with hands-on operational work Strong communicator Data-driven, detail-oriented, thrives under pressure Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
