Summary Manage tactical evolution of Connected Services, Repair & Maintenance Services system Sub-Portfolio, in support of Volvo Construction Equipment Strategic Objectives, Process & IT Strategic Plan, and business demands from the Global Customer Solutions process owners. Report to the Volvo Construction Equipment Director P&IT Global Customer Solutions. Manage all solution development, maintenance and enhancement combined with process improvement for Connected Services, Repair & Maintenance Services. Directly manage the team of Volvo CE Connected Services, Repair & Maintenance Services Solution Leaders, Solution Experts and Business Analysts and work collaboratively with Group IT Delivery team as well as vendors.

As P&IT Manager Connected Services, Repair & Maintenance Services you have cross functional responsibilities to: Develop roadmaps for the Connected Services, Repair & Maintenance Services Portfolio, and follow-up progress in execution Participate in new development project steering Committee for main projects impacting the sub portfolio and rollouts Manage the EN budget for solutions within the Sub Portfolio Secure sub-portfolio rationalization in line with roadmaps Chair the Sub-Portfolio Working Group Meeting Set SLA expectation towards Group IT Delivery Organization on solutions within the sub portfolio Manage team of Solution Leaders, Solution Experts and Business Analysts Lead process/solution development, improvements and implementation including any adaptations or variants together with Process & Solution key users Lead analysis of business issues and business requests from a process and solution perspective before initiating a formal change request Lead implementation of standard process and solution
