Supervisor and General Foreman (M&E)

Supervise and coordinate daily M&E site activities and manpower. Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with civil, architectural, structural, and other trades. Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site management. Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule. Implement site safety requirements and ensure workers comply with safety procedures. Support testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover activities.
