QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR

Verifying and ensuring that all food contact surfaces, such as utensils, machines, equipment including food handlers are hygienic and that all contributing factors for a clean and sanitary operation are always implemented. Verifying that quality standards for all raw materials used, in-process materials, and finished products, are met prior to use and/or release for trade respectively

Qualifications/Requirements: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or any science-related courses; Relevant experience in quality assurance, food safety, manufacturing, or laboratory operations is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify quality and sanitation issues; Responsible and dependable, with a strong commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards. Observant and analytical, capable of evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement. Organized and systematic in conducting inspections and maintaining accurate documentation; Adaptable and willing to learn, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
