Social Media Manager

???? Remote – Egypt VIP Rent A Car is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, build creative strategies, and drive measurable business growth. We are looking for a strategic professional who understands content, branding, AI-powered workflows, analytics, and lead generation—not just someone who creates posts.

Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create monthly content plans aligned with business goals. Lead content production with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors. Build creative campaigns that generate qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness. Analyze KPIs and continuously optimize performance. Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and AI tools. Manage community engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager. Proven experience managing social media for established brands. Strong knowledge of content strategy, branding, storytelling, and audience growth. Experience leading creative teams and managing content production. Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, analytics, and reporting. Excellent English communication skills. AI Skills (Required) Candidates must have practical experience using AI tools in their daily workflow, including most of the following: ChatGPT Claude Gemini Midjourney Adobe Firefly Runway CapCut AI Canva AI ElevenLabs (or similar AI tools) Other AI tools for content creation, copywriting, image generation, video editing, automation, and productivity. Preferred Automotive industry experience is a plus. Luxury brand experience is a plus. Experience managing remote creative teams.
