Our client is a leading provider of integrated logistics, innovative cutting-edge automation solutions that help power and optimize the supply chains of some of the world’s most dynamic companies, enabling them to scale with speed, intelligence, and efficiency.  We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Business Process Improvement Lead (BPIL), Asia to support Project and Supplier Quality activities during Project execution, lead implementation and compliance of ISO certifications in Asia. As the BPIL , you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment, coordination, and continuous improvement of quality processes across Asia. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams to strengthen operational excellence, standardize business processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and organizational requirements. Responsibilities Be an integral Project team member by developing, coordinating & completing verification or helping others according to agreed project Product Qualification Plan / Project Quality: Quality Gates, PPAP, supplier and sub-contractors’ audits, inspect/measure product on site, pre-shipment FAT for example. Champion development of checking requirements e.g., inspection test sheet or documents for projects, all business functions. Actively drive and champion Supplier Quality processes (pre-selection, PPAP, approval & ongoing evaluation including auditing, coordinating FAT). Instigate corrective and preventative action and help manage quality issues. Support development of business processes with business units/functions owners, and assist in documenting, reviewing and controlling these processes. Administer use of company software / tools so that business processes are implemented (e.g. Improvement Register App, CAPA, MyProject App, Lessons Learned). To standardize the way we do things so that Quality mindset and maturity improvements can be made. Recommends, sets and drives goals and metrics relating to processes. Champions and administers certification to management system standards (ISO9001, ISO45001 &ISO14001). To regularly audit business functions and suppliers to ensure compliance to specifications, to organization’s quality processes (e.g. Quality Gates procedure) and applicable standards. Actively ensure that the company is kept abreast of all applicable statutory requirements and that the organization’s systems are compliant. Coordinate information gathering or complete clients’ questionnaires pertaining to quality. Report Quality performance to the Management and the policy and functional committees. Plan, develop and conduct systems/process training; and identify external training providers as required. Work closely with all business areas on any Quality matters, and the ANZ Quality functions. To represent Quality ANZ &ASIA in reporting, meetings presentation if & when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in quality management, supply chain automation or a related field is required. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position Strong attention to detail with company level reporting skills. Strong working knowledge of safety, environment and quality management systems practices and their application to business. Skilled in problem-solving. ISO 9001 QMS standards and application requirements. ISO 45001 SMS, ISO14001 EMS standards requirements. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent project and time management skills, able to multi-task under pressure. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels. Proactive team player with the ability to work well independently.
