Customer Support Specialist with Danish

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to help our customers with everyday questions and ensure a smooth and professional experience with ViaBill.
What you will do Support customers with questions related to payments, orders, and accounts
Resolve cases in a clear, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
Follow internal procedures and guidelines, including compliance-related checks
Accurately register and document cases in our support system
Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team
Collaborate closely with colleagues across Customer Support and Operations
About you Native Danish speaker or fluent at a professional level
Strong command of English, which is our working language
Experience in customer support or another customer-facing role
Clear and professional communicator with a strong service mindset
Structured and reliable, comfortable handling multiple cases in parallel
Calm and professional, even in challenging situations
Confident using digital tools and support systems
Motivated to learn and work in a fast-moving environment
