Mixer

Responsibilities:

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production standards. Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure consistency, quality, and timely preparation of doughs, batters, and mixes. Monitor mixing times and temperatures as required. Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.

Requirements:

Minimum of a BCS Minimum of 2 years of experience
