MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR

It is the responsibility of the position to ensure that respective MR teams are working in accordance with the goal of the whole business organization and oversee all activities of his/her direct reports and ensure that their respective tasks are effectively being carried out and maintained according to the department’s objectives. Likewise, to establish a good business communication between customer and internal team to followprocedure

Qualifications/Requirements: Must be College Graduate of any 4-year course. Must have at least five (5) years working experience as Merchandiser in a manufacturing setting preferably in a garment industry. Knowledgeable on manufacturing process. Excellent Communication Skills and Highly Analytic. Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership and motivational skills. Ability to formulate and execute merchandising policies and procedures.
